We are looking for instructors that love working with children…and love teaching them in the outdoors! We are seeking instructors to teach pre-approved curriculum, facilitate our ropes course, run teambuilding sessions and conduct evening activities. As an instructor, you will be with the children 5 days a week. You are provided housing and partial board (you DO NOT stay in cabins with the guests). If TOS is right for you, you may work consecutive seasons. As a seasoned employee, you may have the opportunity to lead schools, work with the administration, and network toward future positions in the industry.
You live on the property with all necessary facilities. Room and board are provided plus $215/wk, with possible opportunities for paid work on weekends. We are currently hiring for our spring season. The spring season for TOS is from mid-February through the end of May. We will conclude hiring for the spring season when all positions are filled.
